DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To assist in the full spectrum of HR activities, including payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefits, training administration, performance management, employee welfare, general office administration and other HR & Admin related support services. To execute tasks assigned by superior in improving the HRAD system and procedure to the HR Department mission of setting up a competitive benefits organization. To assist in ensuring compliance with quality management system requirements in the HR areas. To assist in ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements. To assist in correspondence, registration, application and claims submission pertaining to Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Social Security Organization (SOCSO), Human Resource Development Fund (HRDF), and group employee benefit insurances. To assist in preparing payroll and payroll reporting when required. To ensure employee personal records are being updated promptly in the payroll system and employee personal files. To conduct orientation training to new joiners and assist in coordination of admin facilities such as workstation allocation, stationery preparation, creating of staff profile, access card activation and office familiarization. To coordinate training activities, registrations and updating of training records. Preparation of HRAD Departments correspondences that includes Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Transfer Letter, Promotion Letter, Salary Review & etc. To prepare HR periodical and ad hoc reports, such as Staff Movement, Staff Turnover, leave record, medical expenses and etc. To control, replenish and record the office and administrative purchases (eg. stationery, pantries and toiletries, and furniture etc.) To carry out employee benefits and welfare activities which include company trip and function organizing, uniforms distribution, products/gifts distribution, transportation and accommodation arrangement, etc. To perform any other Office & General Admin and IT Support duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration/ Economics or any other related field. Preferable with 3 years related working experience. Nevertheless fresh graduates with right attitudes and passionate in HR field are encouraged to apply. Good interpersonal, organizational, administrative writing, reporting and scheduling skills. Good written and communication skills in English and Malay. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
