Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure individual and team success. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and supply chain to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Develop and monitor sales KPIs, metrics, and performance indicators to track progress and optimize sales effectiveness. Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay informed about industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the sales organization. REQUIREMENT

10+ years solid sales management experience in multinational FMCG companies, beauty categories is highly desirable Familiar with the operation of Department stores Great team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
