DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Elicit requirements from relevant stakeholders and business processes Analyze requirements and conduct research to develop appropriately sufficed specifications for product/feature Act as a consultant to deliver a recommendation or insight to the internal team based on data (commercial, finance, technology etc) Compose functional specification documents for development team perusal Perform backlog & project management to ensure results are delivered successfully within the pre-defined timeline Work with external partner to coordinate system integration process and issue management
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related fields (e.g., technology service delivery, enterprise software development and implementation) is preferred Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify key insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines. Experience in project management practices and tools is desirable.
