DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field At least 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with 3 years in a managerial capacity. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. Thorough understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence decision-making. Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and developing a team of finance professionals. Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and provide actionable insights to senior management. Willing to be placed in Surabaya (Head Office)
