DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conducting service visits in the region to increase customer satisfaction Assisting outlet needs in providing beverage ingredients Introducing new products to expand customer experience Building relationships and communication to increase sales by providing product’s guide and informations Get input and suggestions for further product development Able to do market analysis and make long-term and short-term work plans Finding new leads or channels for potential resellers and distributors Providing a weekly and monthly comprehensive actual sales reports Participate in making company’s policy decisions such as discounts, promotion, etc
REQUIREMENT

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in related field Aged maximum 35 years Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales related position 2+ years experience as Barista/Bartender is an advantage Neat and fashioned appearance Have depth knowledge for F&B Industry, especially for beverage trend and future development Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Target oriented Domiciled in Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Cianjur, Sukabumi, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Pontianak area is preferable Have passion to find potential new leads in the sector of F&B Have good communication and selling skills Able to work within the given target Creative and up to date to current trends
