DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Assist building owners exclusively to market their office buildings, whether strata or lease, to local or multinational companies. Finding prospective tenants through cold calling, networking, and advertisement. Providing information and building specifications for prospective tenants. Guiding clients to see the building during the inspection. Negotiating leasing/purchase terms between tenants and building owners. Assist the developer in creating an advertisement for their products.
REQUIREMENT

S1 or Master's Degree from a reputable university (preferably from abroad majoring in marketing, finance, property development, and/or other relevant fields) Min. 2 years of working experience in sales and/or marketing duties in the property business will be an advantage Strong communication and negotiation skills High initiative and self-motivated A team player who has a high level of responsibility and discipline Proficient in English
