DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Work closely with Group Learning and Development (L&D) in driving L&D activities that aligned with business needs. Identify and source technical programs and training opportunities relevant to Construction industry that address skill gaps and promote employee growth and development. Develop and implement strategies to promote and drive staff engagement activities, fostering a positive work culture and enhancing employee satisfaction. Collaborate with Group functional team to enhance existing HR support services across all aspects. Provide backup support to the Shared Service team in managing staff insurance related matters, ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of queries or issues.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Learning and Development and HRBP roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in English communication. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends. Demonstrated experience in building effective partnerships with business leaders and driving HR initiatives that contribute to business success.
