DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support (Retail B2B, Sales Special Orders) Initiate sales activities, strategies and sales plans required to build brand visibility Making contact with prospective customers that have zero history of interaction with a brand or business Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions Maintain contact with client/customers for feedback and to obtain client/customer satisfaction Provide reports to top management like sales reports, customer reports and new customers on-boarded report Collaborate with internal departments (production, technical support, etc.) to ensure smooth customer experience
REQUIREMENT

Min. Diploma in Marketing or related field More than 2-3 years working experience as Sales or Retail B2B or similar position (Retail Industry) Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software Excellent verbal and written communication skills Persuasive and goal-oriented In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Results-oriented with strong analytical skills Have adaptability skills and follow the trend Highly motivated and always up for challenges Business-level English
