DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages and facials) in sage, consistent and comfortable manner Maintain equipment and inventory of products Keep documentation and maintain client’s files Keep tidy & cleanliness of working space Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectation Suggest and promote retail products and additional services Uphold high level of personal hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations Corporate with and report on administration on any arising issues Apply best practices and be up to date with market trends
REQUIREMENT

Well groomed with pleasant personality Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist/Massage Therapist is an advantage Experience in sales will be considered an asset Prefer Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin Communication and customer service skills Positive and customer-centric attitude Fresh graduates from Spa / Beauty training programmes are encouraged to apply Willing to work shift/flexible hours during weekends and Public Holidays
