DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Prepare and compile various Sales & Marketing reports, ensure the proper filing system for easy access and retrieval.
Compiling information documents for APDL application/renewal, Quarterly reports, compliance with KPKT/HDA accounts requirements & closing of HDA account.
Monitor and compiling Sales & Marketing actual promotional budget/expenses, weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
Monitor and checking of SOP compliance with Sales Team.
To supervise overall sales admin functions, to advise and guide the team especially on legal terms and conditions, legal correspondences to ensure company interest is well taken care of.
To coordinate, supervise, and ensure PDPA compliances, renewal of agency appointment and etc.
Compiling various reports to relevant authorities including NAPIC, LHDN, KPKT 7F.
To update and compile yearly balance land banks/ properties report for accounts departments
To plan, prepare, review and implement various sales and marketing activities and events.
To assist in media planning & advertising.
To perform sales & marketing activities and launching in order to find new prospects through walk-in customers, exhibition, website enquiries and road show to achieve individual or team sales target.
To assist the superior in organising, executing and participating in sales events, property fair and factories roadshows
REQUIREMENT
Diploma/Degree Holder in Business Admin, Management, Marketing, Art/Design or a related discipline.
Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Candidate with working experience in conveyancing from the legal firm, sales admin (developer-supervisory level), property sales, marketing with graphic design will be an added advantage.
Candidate familiar with computer literate, legal aspect, term & conditions in Sales & Purchase Agreement, Loan Documentation, Deed of Mutual Covenants, WIZ Developer System and billings will be an added advantage.
Good communication, interpersonal skills with pleasant personality, hardworking and able to work on weekends
