DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To review the contracts and orders for both customized / standard product
To coordinate all activities between customer and factory under his/her control
To coordinate the introduction of new products or the modification of existing product
To coordinate with customers to define/clarify the specification for new products (Product Brief) + development of new products.
To coordinate & liase with respective department/section to handle customer complains.
To coordinate with the costumers on the customers' properties that are used for production.
To collect and analyze customer satisfaction data at least once a year.
Report to OE Manager
To coordinate all matters from new development , mass production , repeating order, delivery , & Logistic matters
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess minimum a Diploma in any related field Able to speak and write in mandarin Good attitude and hardworker (Mandarin Speaker)
