DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Report to Project Director on the daily progress of the project.
Perform duties assigned by Project Director.
Daily work planning, management of sub-con and ensure work done accordingly.
Monitoring of construction progress.
To Control material usage on respective site and project.
Site works supervision and inspection.
Ensure construction works are compliance with ISO documentation procedures.
Organize workforce for respective project and work activities.
Ensure all activities are in compliance with safety requirements and regulations.
Ensure work executed in accordance with quality standards required
Update and submit site progress for stage billing purposes
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least SPM / Higher Secondary / STPM / “A” Level / Pre-U in any field. Age form 25 to 40 years old. Proficient in spoken and written English , Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia, as well as other local dialects would be an added advantage. Able to liaise and coordinate with Clients and sub-contractors. Able to read and understand construction drawings. Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently. Must be computer literate (MS office). Possess own transport & willing to travel
