DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

12hr shifts, rotating 1st level support, MES support MNC, Tuas, Transport islandwide 13mth, VB, Medical, Dental, OT claimable 13-14 working days per mth Friendly team To perform installation and configuration of any hardware and software. Ability to handle escalation and feedback issues timely to lead. Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports; Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues; Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time; Supporting the roll-out of new applications
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Higher NItec/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent Must have First level computer/printer/network troubleshooting Proficient in Windows Operating System, Active Directory Maintenance Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience in any IT Systems / MES (manufacturing execution system) Support and setting up of PC, printers and network equipment Provide daily technical support on computer hardware, MES software Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills Good troubleshooting and analytical skills Able to work 12 hours shift A highly motivated, resourceful and good team player Immediate starter is an advantage
