DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Representing the company to build relationship with dealer, contractors and consultants;
Responsible for market research, customer information and related products;
Presenting the product or service favourably in a structured professional way face-to face.
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via calls and emails;
Responsible as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets;
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales;
Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations;
Representing the company to negotiate on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers;
Liaising with factory to check the progress of existing orders;
Checking the quantities of goods on display and in stock;
Recording sales and order information and sending copies to the sales office, or entering figures into a computer system;
Responsible to make accurate and rapid cost calculations, as well as provide customers with quotations

REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field. Having knowledge in technical air conditioning, preferred. Experience in sales chiller for B2B and retail for air conditioning and home appliances will be good advantages. Passionate in doing sales activities, highly spirited, trustworthy and good negotiation skill are needed for this position. Good communication skills in English for both written and verbal. Willing to be placed in all of our client’ branches, such as: Batam, Palembang, Surabaya, Bali, Semarang, Makassar and Manado Willing to do business trip and attend training if needed.
