Reporting into the Head of People operations, the Regional Learning & Development Manager will partner with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and implement training programs within the organization. Being an excellent communicator, you will develop strong relationships with key vendors and senior partners to derive specific learning strategies for the business.
This role requires a subject matter expert in curriculum development to manage and deliver cost efficient learning options to fulfill functional business needs. A predilection for hands-on curriculum planning and stand up training, you will leverage off your vast vendor network to implement learning project plans.
