Assuring customer’s enquiry of arranging cargo Air Import punctual responded.
Assuring follow up of pre-alert from origin countries immediately.
Assuring complete and correct document and license for cargo import by Air.
Establish good communication and coordination with overseas agent, internal operation team and consignee for smooth Air Import Shipment arrangement.
Assuring custom clearance process done as time target by good coordination with field operation.
Being good advisor for Air Import guidelines and solution for customers.
Excellent communication with Sales team to fulfill customers’ needs in handling Import by Air.
REQUIREMENT
Max. age 32 years old. Excellent knowledge of International Freight Forwarding in handling Air Import. Well understand about custom (import) regulation and procedure. Wide networking in Freight Forwarding industry. Able to operate computer application and English ability. Trustable, honest and willing to work long hours to assure cargo delivery on time. Willing to be place in Cengkareng office.
