Address customer concerns, provide timely feedback on service failures
Review exception reports regularly, identify and resolve discrepancies.
Provide back-up support in assigned departments.
Primarily responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of operational (import /export /triangle/domestic) processes.
Manage customer relationship in assigned accounts.
Proactively provide shipment status and notify customers of any delays regarding arrival, delivery or dispatch of shipments.
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are available for each account serviced.
Follow SOP in performance of all operational processes.
Co-ordinate with overseas offices, agents and customers for timely shipments
Age Maximum 30 years old
S1 in any Major
Familiar in English Speaking (Oral & Written) is a must
Good personality, Good Looking, Good communication, Responsible and Trustworthy
Able to work under pressure and work in a team
Domicile around Jakarta Barat
Have experience in Freight Forwarding is a plus
