DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Take charge of the existing network, technical support, Client Server application programs, reviews and summaries. Manage network security and integrity. To provide a variety of IT support and assistance to end users in the area of ERP System, AS400, PC, VMWare, etc. Perform system administration and maintenance. Responsible for installation, administration and maintenance of new and existing operating systems, networks and application software, hardware and e-mail system. Analyse network performance, troubleshoots network problems and resolve network connectivity issues. Preference will be given to candidates who is well-versed in Windows-based cloud computing solutions and have experience at the enterprise networking level.
He/She must be flexible and responsive to business operational needs. He/She needs to understand the business processes and systems flow in order to respond quickly to a fast paced service environment. He/She has to be a good team player and be very customer focused to ensure that professional personalized service is rendered.
REQUIREMENT
Diploma in Computer Science or degree in a computer-related field
Analytical and thorough. Ensure project development assignments are completed and rolled out on time.
Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
A good team player.
