DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To manage in-coming call enquiries. To ensure customer's request, inquiries and complaints are attended; and responded in timely manner. Process customer reservation, customer order, order confirmation and documents filling. Manage special instructions from customers by liaising and coordinating with internal and external parties to ensure smooth running of daily operation. Execute any other assignments by the Management.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. Good communication and interpersonal skill, keen & fast leaner. Able to work with minimum supervision Required language(s): English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia Required skill (s): Computer skills especially MS Word & Excel However, fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
