DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Contact customers for installation and deployment. Provide On-site support, training, after sales services and goods delivery to customer. Responsible to collect payment from customer after implementation completed. Responsible to record customer related information in official document/system for office use. Responsible to check the hardware when received from supplier. Delivery goods to customer which installation is needed. Ad hoc task assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Degree in Computer Studies or its equivalent. Good presentation skill. Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese. Knowledge in Windows application, etc. system backup, antivirus software, remote software. Knowledge in Microsoft Office. Knowledge in Networking. Experience in PC troubleshooting. Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels. Able to work under pressure environment.
