DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Contact Local traders of various region and establish relationship and market prices 2. Generate new sales leads thru cold leads 3. Study and constantly update buyer market dynamics. 6. Must be able to negotiate thru factory Buyers and traders 7. Ability to travel around Indonesia and meet buyers face to face and establish relation and make sales 8. Strong communication skills and cultural differences in the Domestic market. 9. Follow up Deliveries, service clients and perform relationship manager role 10. Overall: Identify market opportunities and try to convert them onto sales 11. Maintain a schedule of requirements from Regular clients and offer them as per market conditions. 12. Handle customer complaints, defaults and disputes.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent. Required language(s): English, Chinese Required Skill(s): Whosale sale of Agricultural commodities, Handling customer incl manage collection, Identify potential market for expansion Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Marketing/ Business Development or equivalent.
