DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Drive brand awareness and leads for customers and homeowners Conceptualise, planning and execution of marketing campaigns – online & offline Develop new creative collaterals such as display banners, flyers, and newsletters Track key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website CTA Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures Propose creative new projects that attract prospects and convert leads Organising photoshoots Sourcing advertising opportunities and securing sponsorship Setup strategic marketing partnership to drive business growth
REQUIREMENT

Minimum a Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant discipline Minimum 3 years of related marketing or creative agency work experience Experience in digital marketing – have managed SEM/SEO campaigns Amazing flair to work with designer to develop clean and fresh creative collaterals Good writing skills for content marketing Excellent communication and people skills Experience in handling and creating metric reports on marketing activities that detail their effectiveness and business impact
