DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To assist Sales & Marketing team in preparing quotation to potential clients. To work closely with project coordinator / logistic to enquire the correct shipment method. To assist Sales & Marketing team in Tender Administration and Submission to comply with PTK 007 Revisi 4 by SKK Migas To Administrate PTG - Principal's Agreements (Agreement validity and legality up to STPAT from The Ministry of Trade). To Administrate PTG required licenses and Principals technical and legal documents to enable Principal's products participating in tenders. To closely work together with marketing team and project coordination team once project is commenced.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Having good knowledge in PTK 007 Rev.34 by SKK Migas. Good command in English Familiar with computer literate (Microsoft Office & Excel). At least 3 years of working experiences handling tender process (preparation, registration, coordinator) preferably from oil & gas industry. Persistance, good in details & well organized. Energyc, willing to work hard and able to work under pressure.
