DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Operate CNC Machine mills and lathes by direct programming G-Code or ISO language (with addition to operate conventional machine if necessary) to ensure part quality, volume and machine life time performance.
Machining Pre - Process: Preparing machine, material, tools, jig needed for production as planned by programmer.
Machining Process: Setting, make manual program ( if necesarry ), operate machine related to the machining strategies planned by programmer.
Parts Quality: Operate and make sure machining process on the machine are running properly related to the plan and part quantity oriented.
Environment: Responsible to keep Machine in clean condition before and after used, execute the daily maintenance.
Candidate must possess at least SMK in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Competence on Basic Mechanical, Competence to operate conventional and CNC Machine, Able to make CNC manual program, 2D and 3D technical drawing implementation, Competence to use mechanical measurement tools, Dealing with stress, Teamwork agility
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Others or equivalent.
