DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Gather and document business and functional requirements. Assists in Project/Change Request definition, analysing customer needs, estimate change required effort. Understand the existing client’s environment, identify the gaps between company’s solution and the customer’s environment, suggest viable options/ solutions/ workarounds to resolve the gaps and be involved in the implementation of the proposed solution. Ensure solution developed meeting or exceed require standards, quality, and deliver on time. Work closely with functional team, peers and business users on system requirement study and issues clarification. Guide and mentor the development team. Prepare and study technical feasibility and estimates on proposed system solutions.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent. Possess excellent problem solving and strong analytical skills. Able to work independently, manage time, and have good organisation. Good command of English, both written and verbal. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
