DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

We are seeking to hire a Customer Service Assistant – Home Delivery, IKEA, Doha, Qatar , who will assist customer in home delivery section in professional manner. You will ensure receipt of cash, cheque or other negotiable instruments from all showroom transactions are properly completed and recorded and such assets are held in safe custody within the company in accord with company procedure.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate having Qatar Driving License (Manual) / Forklift license High School or diploma 2 years in a similar role Analytical Skills, Effective Communication Customer Focused Individual Accountability Continuous Improvement Personal Leadership Teamwork We’re here to provide excellent service but a little help from you can ensure a five-star candidate experience from start to finish.
