DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

The Production Manager defines and leads the contribution of the plant production teams to ensure the factory delivers superior products at the right cost and on time. Monitors the Quality, Cost, Safety performance level of the Production Unit. He/she coaches the Production Teams towards operational excellence through best practices and manufacturing standards.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering Minimum 10 years working experience in Polypropylene manufacturing processes Good computer ability; PLC & DCS Proven leadership skills and management experience in manufacturing processes Willing to be placed in Indramayu, West Java
