Key stakeholder on P&L, by agent performance perspectives
Key stakeholder on new Channel & Commercial MT network development & project management
Agent contract negotiation and execution, agent engagement, effectiveness and commission optimization will be parts of the
Connect with internal and cross department teams, counterparts, key stakeholders and account owners to ensure process are all aligned, approved and deliver
Fluent in Chinese as well as English, especially on oral communication & good with excellent business presentation skill
Go getter attitude, goal oriented with flexibility & detailed mindset

REQUIREMENT
Minimum 8 years of business management, sales and marketing experience especially related in Taiwan financial institution
Track record on new product development, implementation and management experience
Minimum 3 years of working experience at a multinational commercial organization
