DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources Update customer data and produce activity reports Walk customers through problem solving process Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers expectations
REQUIREMENT

Age Maximum 35 Years old Fluent In English Good Communication Skill Good Looking At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this positions Hold bachelor degree any major, preferably informatics or related with IT Able to work in a team and can work under pressure Required Skill(s) Proven working Experience in Providing help desk support Microsoft product and remote control Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
