DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To develop good relationship with distribution channel that consists of : distributors, sub distributors and retailers. To assist Modern Trade Business in daily monitor of stock, campaign etc. To penetrate new area as needed. To implement the strategies covering the development of promotion and communication and monitoring their impact. To manage and motivate sales team Distributors as well as their teams and involve in extensive market survey. accomplish structured market survey and data analysis.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia At least 4 Year(s) of working experience as Sales Executive in Building Material Industry. Having experience in maintain distributors and modern trade channel in Building Material Industry. Required Skill(s): Selling Skill, Negotiation Skill, Computer Skill, Communication Skill Communicative, high initiative. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
