DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Support commercial team on sales collaterals, presentations, market update, etc.
Source and manage company giveaways and procurement
Maintain company websites and resources database
Support global marketing team on public relations, communication, advertising and branding
Assist in preparing and executing marketing plans and programs
Assist in data analysis and prepare reports
Provide graphical support
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENT
Degree holder of related discipline with at least 1 year relevant work experience preferable in freight forwarding industry Strong sense in design and graphics Excellent MS PowerPoint skill is a must Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is highly preferred Excellent interpersonal and communications skill and good team player Well-organized, detailed-oriented and able to work under pressure Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
