Responsible for overall, sales, profitability and customer satisfaction for Hospital business in Taiwan market
Develop Territorial/Product Business Plans to Deliver AOP
Provide internal and external education and/or training and/or workshop when required by direct customer independently or with the help of Marketing or Technical Service department
Provide timely and accurate sales forecast
Comply with " Code of Conduct " and relevant local laws & regulations in all business transactions
Develop Cross-Functional Relationships to Drive Business Results
Develop New Product Sales Process & Performance Metrics
Develop Relationships with Industry Thought Leaders and Key Customers
Drive & Negotiate Pricing Proposals \Identify Market Opportunities
Lead all Territorial and/or Product Group Business Meetings
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
Utilize reports and data to track results, assess trends and proactively develop sales strategies
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
