DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Marketing for Geographic Information System (GIS) software products; Marketing communications with customers including company web site, marketing materials and event organization and management; Procurement and design of marketing materials like brochures, souvenirs and graphics of company web site; Assist in sales support activities including but not limited to filing, quotations & proposal preparation and training orders follow up; Handle & classify name cards and maintain customer records for marketing purpose; Update internal information such as timely instructions and marketing information; and Assist in handling telephone calls.
REQUIREMENT

Degree in Marketing / Business / Geography / Geo-Informatics or related fields; At least 1-2 years working experience, fresh graduate will also be considered; Skill in using desktop publishing and web page authoring software desirable; Experience in sales support and marketing is desirable, including quotation and proposal, customer relation, event organization and management, web site content editing, news bulletin editing, etc. Good command in written English and Chinese; and Good communication and presentation skill.
