Manage production operation from creating weekly production plan,
Ensuring input (resource) availability, process robustness and reliability
Output readiness as per standard time, quality, quantity and cost.
Supervise weight checkers and operators with 2 shifts operation mode
Leading cost / productivity improvement projects while also enhancing quality awareness & implementation in production
REQUIREMENT
Min Apothecary, fresh graduate are welcomed to apply IPK min 3,3 Willing to work as a team and individual Good relationship and leadership
