DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Support daily operation within Human Resources on administration & specific programs. Manage HR Administration data the system up to date. Responsible for employment contracts and annexes related to all contractual changes of employees Maintain & update employee database Keeping records of Annual Leave, sick leave and Day Offs Support administration on employee’s payroll and benefits. Working on various type of reports monthly. Create, update and maintain internal policies and SOPs Manage end-to-end process of the work permit under the Ministry of Manpower for expatriates. Support with L&D activities & administration for all properties Maintain a good working relationship with all departments and all professional external contacts Assist & take charge on overall recruitment and interview arrangements
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or Degree in Psychology / Human Resources Management / Hotel Management A clear understanding of the company’s legal regulations and internal policies is mandatory and basic knowledge Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity Preferred with previous Hotel / Hospitality industry background / experience Good in English in reading, writing & conversant. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint Service-oriented with an eye for details Self-motivated and energetic Well-presented and professionally always groomed
