DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle general HR duties and office administration duties Administration activities around job postings, arrange interview schedules, CV administrations and documentation Prepare Contracts/Agreements and associated documentation for new onboarding staff and for contractors Filing administration for HR activities Can support with creation of Job descriptions, roles and responsibilities, basic KPI Have experience working with a local HR IT System to perform administration tasks related to HR
REQUIREMENT

Excellent English speaking skills as well as Bahasa fluency Have at least 4-6 years in HR background Good listener and able to resolve general HR matters Be willing too learn and grow Have a S1 in any subject matter Any experiences with KPIs, Regulations, Payroll management would be bonus but not essential Organized, on time, and able to work independently with minimum supervision Work full time from office location in Sudirman, Jakarta
