DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare bids and sales presentations pertaining to freight forwarding, brokerage and other related services. If necessary, coordinate and perform sales call with the operations department's representative to clients who needs freight forwarding and other related services. Ensure that all data and information pertaining to domestic & international shipping rates are always available, current and updated. Accommodate, assist, cooperate and/or work with operations people in rendering sales and marketing effort. Maintain and develop excellent relationship with existing customers Follow up sales leads, quotations, etc. Achieve the sales target according to the sales plan Establish and maintain a complete database over all customers, both potential and existing
REQUIREMENT

Diploma / Bachelor degree of any discipline Minimum 2+ yrs experience in Freight Forwarding (sea, rail and land) or logistics business (must have) Having own customers base is a mandatory Smart and creative person with excellent communication & interpersonal skills Posses advanced selling and negotiation skills Positive attitude, energetic, responsible, fast learner and independent Placement at Belawan (Medan) Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
