DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Providing clients about training and assistance for implementing CRM & Call Center systems Make a presentation about CRM & Call Center System for clients who have not used yet the CRM application Supporting and preparing CRM & Call Center training modules based on users needs Providing direction, input, and consultation about how to use CRM & Call Center systems, based on client SOPs
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or a related field preferred Having related working experience in CRM / HRIS / ERP for 1 year Strong management and public speaking skill Mastering product & system knowledge Positive Person Type and Passionate in Training and Development Highly motivated, independent and high integrity Willing to be placed in Grogol
