Co-ordinate monthly financial data submitted by countries and business functions within the stipulated timelines. Review and approve any service requests / workflows that comes through the central Finance team within the agreed timelines. Perform review of financial master data including general ledger accounts and profit/cost centre checks. Perform any related month end closing steps/activities in accordance with established month end close checklist. Liaise and coordinate with local Finance teams and business functions where required. Monitor and process any urgent requests received as required. Perform other duties as and when delegated i.e. review of executive processing during stabilisation period, back-up function, business process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects. Able to attend to communication channels via email where applicable.
