    • Review job specifications to determine the press setup • Develops and maintains the correct pressure and registration between the plates and ink in order to obtain a clean, clear impression of the material being printed. • Verify positioning of image, check against samples. • Make necessary colour corrections and/or press adjustments prior to production run to meet and maintain the quality specifications of the work. • Start, run and control printing press operation. Monitor feeding and printing operations, materials and surrounding areas. • Run sufficient start up samples and compare to approved sample and/or artwork. Look for any inconsistency between sample and proof. Check for blemishing, scratching, rub/wheel marks, etc. Check text for readability. Scan barcode and verify with print out. • Inspects random production samples to evaluate quality of printings. • Maintains inventory of supplies needed to operate printing machines. • Sets ups, adjusts, and operates offset printing presses to print various printed materials. • Inspects work in progress and finished materials to ensure the quality standards and accuracy of printing is being maintained • Resolves technical problems with presses, inks, and other solutions as necessary. Also responsible for calling attention of any problems with equipment to supervisor. • To ensure good communication skill time to time. • To ensure self-discipline & good attendance. • To train assistant operator on printing knowledge. • To product high quality product all time. • To ensure self-performance target achievement. • To support press machine preventive maintenance by schedule. • To practise 5s requirement daily. • To complete all assigned control documents daily and submits reports for daily production totals. • To cooperation with superior on daily arrangement. • To standby O/T support when needed.
