Terlibat dalam aktivitas Project mulai dari tahapan awal sampai akhir Melakukan analisa kebutuhan bisnis, kebutuhan teknikal, Analisa kesenjangan system dan impact analysis. Melakukan assessment dan review terhadap effort yang dibutuhkan. Melakukan review teknis dan non teknis dari deliverable yang diberikan oleh vendor. Menyiapkan draft dokumentasi (teknis dan non teknis) yang diperlukan sesuai dengan prosedur and policy yang berlaku. Turut serta melakukan uji coba atau testing dan memastikan kualitas dari barang/jasa yang diberikan sesuai dengan kriteria dari perbaikan aplikasi yang diberikan vendor. Turut serta membantu atau melakukan proses SDLC yang sudah diterapkan. Menyiapkan usulan rancangan pelaksanaan kegiatan project dan meminta persetujuan dari pimpinan dan tim IT terkait. Menyiapkan kelengkapan dokumen project sesuai prosedur and policy yang berlaku. Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim IT dan tim terkait dalam menunjang pelaksanaan kegiatan project. Melakukan tinjauan dan memberikan umpan balik atas pelaksanaan pekerjaan teknis dalam kegiatan project. Melakukan eskalasi dan menyampaikan laporan perkembangan kegiatan project secara berkala atau berdasarkan permintaan dari pimpinan atau tim IT terkait.
