DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Build and manage customer relationships: recommend solutions, finalize deals, and deliver exceptional service. Create a sales plan, achieve quotes, monitor performance, and report results. Increase product awareness: understand the product range, communicate benefits, attend industry events, and collaborate effectively. Stay informed about the market: research industry trends, identify new opportunities, and offer insights for growth. Uphold professionalism: adhere to ethical standards, follow company policies, and represent the company positively. Other related tasks.
REQUIREMENT

Min. Bachelor’s Degree in any field. Has 1 year working experience as sales in lubricants, but fresh graduates with relevant knowledge are welcome to apply. Have strong English communication skills. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint. Hold a valid driver's license (SIM A). Open to growth in challenging situations. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
