Onboarding and offboarding staff (setup new account, laptop etc) Application and software support (reports, Ms. Office, email etc) Hardware support (printer, laptop, network, etc) Network support (wifi, sslvpn, cable, internet, etc) Projects deployment (eg. laptop replacement etc)
REQUIREMENT

Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent Minimum 2-years relevant experience Windows desktop operating system and Mac Operating System Mobile operating system (Android and IOS) Knowledge in Windows Server implementation, administration and support Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Knowledge of basic networking and security Problem Solving, Willing to learn, Can-do attitude
