DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Analyse and interpret project data to provide recommendations and strategic recommendations for datacenter-related operations models, support, and implementation plans. Document and improve processes around planning, implementation, operations, confidentiality, security, and compliance to ensure the work that is being done is securely, compliantly, efficiently, and per standards. Participate in technical communities to stay informed of best practices and changes within the broader discipline and share them with the organization. Gather and provide feedback on lessons learned, best practices, and innovations on process/procedures and tools to improve efficiency and productivity. Create and maintain a program to identify best practices, design process and procedure documents, and socialize those across the APAC Region.
REQUIREMENT

At least 3 years project management experience across large complex, cross-functional organizations At least 3 years experience in data center-related functions for large enterprise organizations. Must have prior experience in leading large projects end-to-end. Experience working with network technologies including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Routing, and Switching. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience in project or program management and/or large-scale networks Experience delivering large network or other IT hardware projects. Experience in structured process improvement and efficiency gains (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) 3+ Years experience in the development of tools and apps utilizing Query Languages, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Azure DevOps, Sharepoint, Dynamics. Networking certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP, etc.) Awareness of IT Service Operations fundamentals and principles. (ITIL, MOF, OLA/SLA, CSI, etc.) Project or program management certifications (e.g. PMI, etc.)
