    1. Sales and Business Development: • Identify and target potential customers in various industries including industrial sectors and automotive sectors. • Generate leads and conduct sales presentations to secure new business. • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by providing exceptional service and technical support. 2. Technical Support and Expertise: • Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions to meet their bearing needs. • Offer technical consultation and support during the pre-sales and post-sales stages. • Conduct technical training sessions for customers to enhance their understanding of bearing products. • Address technical inquiries and resolve any product issues. • Coordinate with the manufacturing plant to process customer requests and ensure timely delivery of products. 3. Customer Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular visits, communication, and follow-ups (including together with distributors). • Follow up on inquiries and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their requirements are met promptly. • Understand customer needs, challenges, and industry trends to provide cost saving solutions in customers. • Investigate customer technical issues in the field, providing report solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. • Supervise the installation of bearings at customer sites to ensure correct implementation and performance. • Maintain any issue or challenges from both customers and distributors. 4. Market Analysis and Reporting: • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities. • Provide regular reports on sales activities, engineering, and market conditions to the management team. • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services. 5. Product Knowledge and Training: • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in bearing and other company products technology and also related new products. • Continuously enhance product knowledge and technical expertise through training and self-study.
