DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle phone and email enquiries and customer comments Assist services at Customer Service Centre and sometimes at CS Counter, to ensure smooth daily operations of the Centre Handle venue reservation and payment issues Prepare internal reports Provide administrative support and assist in ad hoc project
REQUIREMENT

Diploma or above with one year call centre experience will be an advantage; Detail-minded, customer-oriented and pleasant personality; Ability to multi-task and work as a team Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) PC literate in Word, Excel and Chinese word processing Immediately available is preferred Attractive remuneration package together with a wide range of fringe benefits including 5-day week and medical coverage will be offered.
