Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in customer service Must possess professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively communicate and interact with customers (internal and external). Must also have good customer service skills. 3-4 years’ experience in a Supervisory / Team Leader role Good Knowledge of Customer Experience Cycle Arabic Speakers would be preferred
