1. Respond to online text messages immediately, and assist and guide by telephone if necessary 2. Use soft and firm communication skills to guide customers to confirm the details of abnormal conditions or conduct functional teaching 3. Integrate necessary information for technical support Team (PO/QA) for analysis 4. Ensure that iCHEF's various customer service channels are unblocked, so that customer needs can be answered in a timely manner 5. Provide "professional, efficient, empathetic" services
