REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field. Required skill(s): selling and negotiation, microsoft excel, Communication Skill. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Applicants must be willing to work in Makassar. Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available. Control sales achievement and ensure that AFH channel sales targets in the region are achieved Analyze opportunities for channel development through collaboration with the Distributor Sales Manager. Execute and monitor national/local program activities. Create monthly AFH channel sales plans. Create and submit program initiatives locally by AFH channel development opportunities in the region. Perform and ensure perfect store execution at AFH outlets per their segmentation. Monitor product supply and ensure po delivery to outlets on time and quantity to ensure target service levels are reached. Monitor market and competitor activity and provide appropriate information and understanding. Make regular visits to AFH outlets in the region and ensure maximum sales performance. Monitor and ensure the implementation of the SHE program at the Depot following the stipulated provisions and procedures. Collaborate with sales teams and internal and external delivery teams to ensure the achievement of sales and service level targets.
