DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Research and resolve issues reported by the client's end-users via phone, email, and chat support.
Handle inbound and/or place outbound calls
Manage and resolve customer complaints and escalate priority issues.
Provide support through known basic troubleshooting techniques.
Route calls to the appropriate resource, when necessary and document all information on customer interaction according to standard operating procedures
Ensure that all log-in and passwords (both internal & external) are kept confidential.
Always strive for Good Customer Satisfaction and Experience and ensure that all calls are handled professionally based on the Quality Guidelines set by the Client.
